Kim's obituary

With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Kim Biggs on March 17, 2025. Born on February 20, 1962, she was a devoted mother, wife, partner, daughter, sister, and friend whose generosity knew no bounds. Kim had a heart that never hesitated to give. Whether it was her time, her home, her clothes or her money, she always came through for others, no matter the circumstances.

Kim believed in lifting people up. She loved fiercely, spoke her mind openly, and wore her heart on her sleeve. You never had to guess what Kim was feeling, and though you never quite knew what she’d say next, it always came from a place of honesty and love.

She found joy in life’s simple pleasures. The sun on her skin, the soothing rhythm of ocean waves, the unconditional love of her cats, and humming an indecipherable tune, a melody known only to her. She often reminisced about her days surfing and being a beach babe, and she brought that warmth and brightness into every room she entered.

Kim was the kind of person who could make anyone feel like family. She was an incredible card writer, always quick to send a message full of sunshine and encouragement, reminding you that you were loved, seen, and thought of. Her thoughtfulness, her deep emotions, and her ability to show love in the smallest gestures made her truly one of a kind.

She is survived by her husband, her partner and her two children, who will carry forward her spirit of selflessness and care. Her impact on the lives she touched is immeasurable, and her absence will be deeply felt by all who knew her.

Her family invites loved ones to honor her memory and the legacy of her giving nature. Details for events will be shared in the coming days.

In remembrance of Kim, may we all strive to help one another, just as she did every day.
