Kha was always so hard working, intelligent, and funny. Behind his quiet demeanor was a uniquely kind and sensitive person. I am honored to have had the privilege of knowing him and his friendship. His loss will be felt deeply by everyone who knew him. My most heartfelt condolences to his family and friends.
I was part of Kha's cohort when we first started at Samsung. Though we didn't see each other much at work, we would often run into each at the airport on the way home for the holidays and I always enjoyed our chats together. Kha was such a great, intelligent, and creative person and he will be very missed.

Kha and I started at Samsung at the same time in a college orientation program and I'm very proud to say that he was my friend. He was always so kind to everyone, incredibly smart, and an outright joy to be around.

I would like to pray for Kha's family and friends. He impacted a lot of us when he moved here to Austin, and all of it completely for the better. It's going to be a rough season ahead, but I would like you to know that Kha's memory will live on.

Thank you Kha for being a great friend. I will miss you.

Kha had a brilliant mind and strong work ethic. His passion for game design brought him and those around him great joy. He was extremely kind and an absolute pleasure to be around. I’ll always cherish our friendship and memories. My deepest condolences to his family. I pray they are comforted.
I'll never forget the memories of playing games with Kha and just fooling around in calls talking about whatever was on our minds. I remember playing Stardew Valley with him and hearing him laugh when I would do something silly, or when we'd all scream as a monster chased us in Lethal Company. When we were in calls, he'd tell us how his day was, and it usually included drinking with his favorite sparkling water or eating greek yogurt.  He was someone who was smart and creative but also had a silly side. Kha would make games for his friends to play, and we developed many happy memories from that. I'll pray that Kha's friends and family find comfort in the cherished memories that they shared and that the love surrounding them provides solace during these difficult times.

I was a mentor to Kha at Samsung, and was also lucky enough to consider him a friend. We joined the company around the same time. Kha reminded me a lot of myself when I started my career: intelligent, driven, thorough, curious, kind, extremely creative, and soft-spoken. But, Kha was also far more patient than I, and it is something that I learned (and am still learning) from him.

One thing I wish I had learned more about Kha was his passion for game creation. I knew he was a gifted programmer, but I thought it was really cool that he had this outlet. As a creative person myself, I was hoping that we could collaborate in this space together at some point.

I was working with Kha on a major project at the time of his passing. He was an awesome collaborator and contributor to our team. It is an understatement to say that I’m deeply saddened by his passing; I am actually quite devastated. Our team will never, ever be the same without him, but I will make sure he is never forgotten.

Lastly, I pray for healing of Kha’s closest friends and family in this difficult time. Losing him is a pain immeasurable that I wish we had some power to alleviate. I want Kha’s family to know that he was loved by everyone on our team.

Kha loved game design. He had a phase where he made levels and games for certain indie companies, and streamers even streamed his creations online. It was fantastic to see; I was so proud of him. He even made small games for his friends, in which I helped clean up for perfection. He even made a small game for me for my birthday.
In response to "What did Kha love to do?"
I think every moment with him is super fun. I see he’s fully himself around me and our parents, and we would always good off and laugh about the simplest things. He reciprocated my energy, and I’ll always call him my best friend.
In response to "What was the most fun you ever had with Kha?"
He was an amazing worker. He excelled greatly at academics, worked greatly to be efficient in game making and coding, and worked extremely hard to get a good job. He’s definitely a role model for having an excellent work ethic, and I always strive to work my hardest to be like him.
In response to "What made Kha different from most people you know?"
Kha always lended a helping hand if anyone needed it. For example, whenever I needed any kind of help with school work or life advice, he did not hesitate at all to give me the help I need. He even continuously offered to help, like washing the dishes, or paying for family meals. His heart will always be remembered.

The last time I spent time with Kha was when I saw him for Christmas break. We ate out together alone for the first time, and it was nice catching up with him. We enjoyed his favorite cuisine, and talked and laughed. I will forever cherish that moment.
