Kevin "Kev" Talley, 26, died 13th April 2021 at his home in Norfolk, VA after a short term of unknown starvation. His Funeral Service will be held this Saturday at First Hand Baptist. His service will be followed by Internment at Square Miles Cemetary.

Mr. Talley was born 31 August, 2018 in Norfolk, Virginia to Treavon Talley. He gained his first degree from Virginia Tech specializing in Agricultural Science. Mr. Talley moved to Chesapeake, VA and was heavily involved in the local community working with disadvantaged children and was also a member of First Hand Baptist. In his spare time he enjoyed going on adventures, rock climbing, and ripping stuff apart.
His family paid this tribute to him, 'Kev was one of the kindest people you could ever meet, he opened his heart and his home to many children over the years and he will be sorely missed.'

He is survived by his father Traveon Talley, His grandmother Latonya Talley, His 2 great-grandmother Renea Perkins, ans Fannie Spruill (Preston), His Grandfather Tj Spruill, and his two uncles Tyrin Talley (Zarya), and Tramaine Spruill.
