Kevin Michael O’Neil, 70, of Miami Beach, passed away unexpectedly on June 19, 2024, in North Miami, FL.
Born on November 28, 1953, in Kansas City, Missouri, Kevin was known for his boundless love for animals, earning him the affectionate nickname "St. Francis" among friends and family. He dedicated his time to caring for stray cats and rehabilitating sick and injured animals.
A devoted caregiver, Kevin selflessly took care of his aging parents and later his wife, ensuring their needs were always met.
Kevin was a respected CPA who operated his own accounting firm, earning the loyalty of many clients over the years. His kind, funny, and resilient nature endeared him to all who knew him. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and the many animals he cared for.
He is survived by his wife, Xiomara Behrmann; siblings Karen Tibbets, Kelly O’Neil, and Kim Reno; and his nieces and nephew, Tanya and Tiffany Tibbets, and Kristi and Matthew Reno.
A visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., followed by a service at 11:00 a.m., on July 8, 2024, at Caballero Rivero Southern, 15011 W Dixie Hwy, North Miami, FL 33181.
