Kevin Braydon Roy Downey born June 10th 1997 we suddenly lost him on September 4th 2025. He Was 28 years old. Kevin was raised in Mesquite by his late mother Ronda Barnum along with his three sisters Veronica, Kylia, and  Josie. They were a very close, happy family. He loved them all so much. Family was always the most important thing to him. 

His passion was music. Guitar to be specific. He picked up the guitar and just played all day. He was great at it. He and his friends were in a band called Fatal Desire in high school. We all believed he was going to be famous one day. His audience ended up being his children and family. Kevin met the mother of his children Raeann in his senior year of high school. They were always with each other; you didn't get one without the other. Over the next ten years they had four children, Daimen age 10, Skarlette age 8, Eliott age 3 and Serenity age 1. He was a wonderful father and you could see how much he loved them. They all adored him. He spent the time playing guitar with them, laughing and being goofy together. 

No matter the circumstances or the troubles in his life Kevin was a good, happy caring and loveable person. We lost him too early. He will be remembered and kept alive in spirit through our memories we have with him. Rest in peace Kevin. We miss you.
