Grandma Kersilia passed away on November 16, 2024 surrounded by all those that loved her. Born on November 25, 1941, Grandma Kersilia spent 83 wonderful years spreading joy to any and all around her. A comfort to many and a joy to all, most of her time was spent taking care of her family, her friends, and her community.

When she was just 19, Grandma Kersilia moved to  The Bahamas and met Jean Pierre -- the love of her life. After spending years going back and forth on where they'd settle down, Kerilia and Jean Pierre finally decided on the lovely town of Cap-Haitien where they'd go on to raise 10 beautiful children. Later in life, Grandma Kersilia moved to Miami, FL and spent much of her time with her 26 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. A loving and wonderful woman until the very end, she will be greatly missed.
