Kerry's obituary

With a heavy heart, we announce the passing of Kerry Lee Reed Sr., who was born on August 14, 1950, and left this world for a better place on October 22, 2024. His life was a testament to love, family, and a deep connection with nature.

Kerry had a profound love for the outdoors and animals. He spent countless hours in the company of his beloved dog, donkeys, chickens, and peacocks. His backyard was a testament to his love for all animals – a space filled with joy, life, and the sounds of nature. These were his favorite recreational activities, and these moments brought him peace and contentment.

His spirit, stories, and laughter will continue to live on through his large and loving family. He is survived by his beloved spouse Brenda Reed. He was a proud of his children, Layla Seales, Kerry Reed Jr., Jeromie Reed, and his stepdaughter, Kiercety Brown.

He also leaves behind his cherished grandchildren, Kody Harp, Colton Harp, Kaylee Seales, and Alicen Seales. Kerry was also a great-grandparent, a role he cherished, leaving behind three great-grandchildren. Kerry was predeceased by his father, Clarence Reed.

Though Kerry is no longer with us in body, he will forever remain in our hearts. His love for his family, his positive outlook on life, and his adoration for his animals will never be forgotten. His legacy will continue to inspire and guide the lives of those he left behind.
