Kerrie Felice's obituary
Kerrie graduated with degree in Business and received her MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison prior to beginning her career in finance as a research officer with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. She progressed into investment banking where she held a management position with Merrill Lynch and Bank of America. She retired at Chase Manhattan Bank in Hong Kong as a VP of Asia Pacific Regional Corporate Finance Management Office.
Kerrie was a devoted and caring person, and a good friend to many. From a young age, she was a high energy and an adventurous person who loved being outdoors. She was a trained classical pianist with a love for the opera and symphony. Her greatest passions were traveling and hiking, reading and food. She was an active member of the Contra Costa County Search and Rescue, as well as the Sierra Club.
Kerrie was baptized into the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit at Wisconsin Lutheran Chapel in Madison, Wisconsin on December 19, 1985. She was 22 years old. Baptism...now saves you, not as a removal of dirt from the body but as an appeal to God for a good conscience, through the resurrection of Jesus Christ, (I Peter 3:21). Upon her move to the East Bay of California, Kerrie was a faithful member of Messiah Lutheran Church, Danville, CA and a devoted and faithful believer in our Lord, Jesus Christ.
Kerrie will be loving remembered by her parents Ming Tak and Chu Ying of Toronto, Canada; brother Louis (So) of Madison, WI; brother Wallace (Fanda) of Toronto, Canada, and sister Dini of Danville, CA. She will be fondly remembered by her nieces, Nicole (Alex Adair), Sally (Samuel Phillips), Nikkie and nephew, Calvin.
