We are sad to announce the passing of Kent Daniel Hensley, 61, of Minneapolis, MN on July 14, 2022. He died peacefully in the hospital a few days after being diagnosed with cancer with loved ones next to him. Kent was predeceased by his father, John Hensley. He will live on in the memories of his son, Tanner Hensley, his daughter Jessica Hensley, his mother Linda Hensley, his sister Amy Scholl, and his brothers Curt & Eric Hensley. 

His passing isn't just a loss to his family, but also to the countless people who's lives he touched. He loved spending time with his family and loved ones. He also was well liked and admired in the design community for his creativity, and had a knack for spreading his smile to everyone he met. He had a big heart and served on boards and volunteered for several charities and local organizations. He will be sorely missed by all.

To honor Kent’s memory, we are holding a celebration of his life on August 6th, 2022 in his beloved Dayton's Project building, in the 7th floor Winter Lounge and Rooftop Deck from 4-8pm. We invite anyone who knew him to attend and remember his life.
