Survived by brother Gerald Michael Smith, David Wesley Smith, and sister Donna Sue Smith Francsak (Steve). Children, William Tyler Smith, Alizegha Renay Smith, and Mikka Jean Smith and granddaughters Jayme Lee, Marina Marie, Alannah Mae and Elaina Marie Smith
Celebration of life will be hosted on Thursday December 2nd, 2021 at two o'clock in the afternoon At the Village Pub in Silver Lake, Wi.
