Kenneth's obituary

Kenneth Joey Sloan, 66, of Midvale Utah passed away peacefully at his daughter’s home, with family by his side April 04, 2022. Born 26 Oct. 1955, Salt Lake City, Utah to Maureen (Larsen) and Donald Melvin Sloan Sr.

Kenneth was a hard-working man who always made sure he provided for his family, always striving to be the best he could be. A dreamer, with passion and hope. Even with life’s challenges that came his way, he never gave up. Holding on with every ounce of his being, to the hope and passion for watching his children grow. Hope and passion for an opportunity to one day meet his grandchildren. A chance to create wonderful memories with them all. Kenneth watched his children grow, he met his grandchildren, and they will all have him in their hearts for a lifetime.

Father, Grandfather and friend – You will be missed more than you could ever know.

Kenneth is preceded in death by Father Donald Melvin Sloan, 1999; Mother Maureen Larsen Sloan, 2019; Brother Donald Melvin Sloan Jr., 2018; Nephew Brandon Don Kraft, 2006 and Grand-baby Treasure, 2011.

Kenneth is survived by his former wife Charlotte Sloan (Kevin Reich), children Jeremy (Destany Ruttenbur) Sloan, Tiffani Sloan, and Alecia (Christopher) Stern. Grandchildren Rhyatt and Odynn Raybourne, Tobias Stern, Karson Campbell and Niklaus Sloan.

Also survived by sisters Bernice (Robert) MacLean, Roy; Donnetta (Michael) Anderson, West Jordan; Debra (Mark) Kraft, Riverton; Sister in law, Annette (Donald) Sloan Jr., Kearns;
