Kenneth R. Whitman, 74, formerly of Lebanon, died Sunday, July 15, 2018 at the VA Medical Center in West Palm Beach, FL.

Born August 8, 1943, Ken was the son of the late Kenneth and Nancy (Stohler) Whitman. He was a 1960 graduate of Lebanon High School and served in the United States Navy. He was a member of the Teamsters Union and was retired from Transcon, Camp Hill.

He is survived by a sister, Linda, wife of Jack Plasterer, Lebanon; a son and daughter-in-law, Alan and Marcie Whitman, Elizabethtown; a daughter and son-in-law, Amy and Raymond Swank, Wells Tannery; a granddaughter, Meghan Witmer and her fiance, Zachary Bachman, Lancaster; granddaughters Julia and Abbey Whitman, Elizabethtown; two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Barb Bingaman.

According to Ken's wishes there will be no funeral service.
