Ken's obituary

Kenneth “Kenny/Ken” David Heinbuch of Accokeek MD was called home to be with the lord on Wednesday December 6, 2023. Ken was born on December 2, 1956 in Washington D.C to Howard and B. Laura (Robeson) Heinbuch. He graduated from Friendly High School in 1974. On November 25, 1996 he married the love of his life Dora Marie (Adams) Heinbuch. He worked primarily for PEPCO for years before retiring in 2021. One of his favorite things was taking his old car, a 1971 Plymouth Scamp, to many car shows around the area. Always doing something in his garage he was a friend to all and would be the first to show up to help anyone in need.

Ken is survived by his wife, Dora (Adams) Heinbuch of Accokeek, MD, his daughter Kendra Heinbuch of Springfield, VA, his sister Karen (Heinbuch) Carlson & her husband Duane Carlson of Lincolnville, KS, sister Kathy (Heinbuch) Thomas & her husband Jimmy Thomas of Accokeek, MD, brother James Edwards & his wife Caral Edwards of Suffolk, VA, along with 7 Nieces and 3 Nephews and 8 great nieces and 6 great nephews. He is preceded in death by his father Howard Heinbuch and mother B. Laura Heinbuch.

A memorial service will be held on December 16, 2023 at Grace Baptist Church in Bryans Road Maryland. Visitation at 10am with a service to follow at 11am. Food will be served after. In Lieu of flowers donations are welcome to the Grace Baptist church or American Liver Foundation in honor of Ken.
