Kenneth H. Smith, age 74, passed peacefully on October 3, 2019 at the home of his ex-wife after a long illness.

He was the son of the late Kenneth C. and Beatrice H. Smith. He is survived by his ex-wife, Christine, his son Kenneth and daughter-in-law Kimberly, and three grandsons, Chase and Bren Willis and Brodric Smith.

He was a retired police officer, having served with the Waverly, NY police department and the Tioga County Sheriffs Department as a K9 deputy. He was also a retired Petty Officer 1st Class in the US Navy. Per his wishes, there will be no viewing or funeral services.
