Kenneth's obituary
after a courageous battle with cancer.
Kenny was born on August 19, 1948, in Sharon, PA to his parents Betty Mae and Robert Auchter. At 19 years of age, he joined the Navy and would go on to serve in the Vietnam War on both the USS Wedderburn and the USS Sanctuary (AH-17). Kenny earned three medals during his time in the service.
Kenny worked as a salesman for Budweiser. He also worked for Sharp Collections until his retirement. Kenny always had a smile on his face and was loved by his clients and friends. He was well-known for his delicious chili and thoroughly enjoyed cooking for friends and family.
Kenny had three children: Jeremy (Bethany) Auchter, Florida. Molly Auchter, Hubbard, and Evan Auchter.
Kenny was predeceased by a brother, Paul Delong, and a son, Evan Auchter.
Kenny is survived by his sister Irma, his son Jeremy his daughter Molly, three grandchildren Nova, Alexis & Dominick and several nieces and nephews.
The family requests that flowers be sent to The Farrell VFW. There will be a Celebration of Life memorial held from 5-8pm January 3rd at The Farrell VFW.
