Kelvin's obituary

Kelvin was born in Chicago, Illinois on November 22, 1955 to Lambers Johnson (who preceded him in death) and Mildred Johnson. He was the second oldest of 7 children, Bobby (late Billie Gilmore), Gwen (Johnnie), Synthia, Carol, Myron (Sade) and Kimberly (Jamie).

At 18 years old he began working for the US Postal Service and retired after 41 years of service.

He married Daise Johnson on August 18, 1984 and they had 4 beautiful children. He went on to live a life serving God at his church homes in Chicago and Summerville. He loved to fellowship with his friends, listen to jazz music, ride his bicycle and go to the ocean.

He leaves to mourn his passing daughters Katherine (Kataka), Carly, Kendra and son Paul. He was a loving granddad to 6 beautiful grandchildren, Alanna, Ethan, Karter, Ian, Kree and Kori.
