Keith Alan Plunket, 65, of Birmingham, Alabama, passed away on July 1, 2025, surrounded by the love of his family.
Born on February 1, 1960, Keith was a strong, steadfast presence in the lives of those who knew him. He was known for his stubborn determination and his deep love for his family—a love that shaped every part of his life.
He is survived by his devoted wife of 40 years, Shawn Carol Plunket (Sullivan); daughters Laura Lupo (Taylor) and Brooke Ezell (Zach); his beloved grandchildren, Lilly Lupo and Sebastian Ezell; his father, Mack Plunket; and his siblings, Michael Plunket, Cheryl Ricks, Dina Plunket, and Darlene Hargrave. He also leaves behind many beloved nieces and nephews.
Keith was preceded in death by his mother, Carol Plunket.
A service to honor and celebrate Keith’s life will be held on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at
Trinity United Methodist Church,
Moat Chapel
1400 Oxmoor Road
Homewood, AL 35209
Keith’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who loved him.
