Keely Marie Ekkela, 55, of Dunedin, FL, a beloved mother, daughter, sister and friend passed away September 29, 2020 and is now in the presence of her Savior. She is survived by her son T.D. Knapp, Mother Brenda Ekkela and siblings Kim Sakreiter, Karrmayne King and Kyle Ekkela. Keely was a graduate of Keswick Christian School in St. Petersburg and worked as a hair stylist and colorist. Keely loved her family and clients and had a heart as big as her smile. She was full of positive energy and always tried to be an encouragement to others. Being a gifted conversationalist, she could talk about any number of topics, and always made each person she talked to feel important. She knew your family, cared about their lives and was always willing to help in any way. She physically expressed her energy and enthusiasm through her enjoyment of running, biking and working out. There will be a celebration of Keely and what she brought to our lives on Saturday, October 17th at 3:00 PM in the chapel of Keswick Christian School.
