Keely's obituary

Keely Cronin Dyska, nicknamed “Cookie” by her brother, showed up early (2 1/2 lbs) and left early (45 yrs) but was never late to the party. Widowed at 28 (Jacob, her only true love), cancer at 38, gone at 45.

She never met a stranger, never judged you early, never failed to apologize, never failed to complement you and was never intimidated by your position. She was strong and feisty. She was always honest, stylish, respectful, fun and very creative.

She said many times she wanted to party with her friends for eternity. She wanted you to know how to get to the party. You start by going down Romans Road (Romans 3:23, 5:8, 6:23, 8:1, 10:9) and you’ll come to a fork in the road. Eventually you’ll need to accept the invitation to get to the party. That was Cookie’s final wish! It really was.

Also Cookie didn’t want a formal service. She wanted a party, so we’re gonna have one.
