When I first met Neil was at Todd & Kendra's when I started dating your Uncle D.  He started slapping his leg, saying " can you hear that!" He proceeded to tell me when he was in jail the government put a chip in his leg. 😆 

He loved all his family & friends & would doing anything,  I mean anything he could do to help. He will be dearly missed.
