Background
In lieu of flowers, to honor Kayla’s beautiful spirit and deep love for nature, we will be dedicating a commemorative tree at the Missouri Botanical Garden in her name. The Garden was one of Kayla’s favorite places—somewhere she found peace, beauty, and inspiration.
This tree will stand as a living tribute to her compassion, joy, and the life she shared so generously with others. Kayla’s tree will be planted near Lauren Christian's tree, a dear friend who lost her battle with brain cancer in 2024.
Thank you for helping us celebrate Kayla in a way that reflects her love for life and the world around her!
