Kayla's obituary
With great sadness, we announce the passing of Kayla Bartlett, who left us on March 22, 2023 when she was hit by a distracted driver while on her way to work. Kayla passed from her injuries while en route to Columbia St. Mary's hospital. Born in 1994 in Milwaukee, WI, Kayla's life was one filled with love, laughter, and adventure. She is survived by her loving parents, Jeff and Amy, as well as her younger siblings, Brenna and Ryan.
A dedicated and passionate teacher, Kayla touched the lives of countless students and inspired them to be their best selves. Her dedication to her profession was apparent in the way she tirelessly worked to make a difference in each child's life.
For Kayla, life was an adventure that she embraced with open arms, and she never shied away from exploring the great outdoors. She was an avid hiker and camper, often venturing into the wilderness to appreciate the beauty and tranquility of nature. Her love for the outdoors complimented her bubbly, silly, warm, thoughtful, and selfless personality, making every journey a memorable one.
Kayla's love for her family and her dog was unmatched. She cherished every moment spent with them, whether it was a simple gathering or a grand celebration. Her infectious laughter, kind heart, and warm embrace will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege to know her.
As we remember Kayla Bartlett, let us celebrate the beautiful life she led and the lasting impact she had on those around her. She will forever live in our hearts and memories, and her spirit will continue to inspire us to live our lives with love, laughter, and kindness.
