I don't remember the last thing she said to me, but I do remember the voicemail she left her daughter. The last time we had real fun was around midnight some random weekend over summer, she used to throw Mac and cheese boxes at us, build huge forts, jump on the trampoline with us, taught us how to take shots lol. She definitely was the mom friend. I continue to miss her every day.

I pray in the days to come that you are able to find peace and joy in all the beautiful memories that are being shared.  I am so sorry.  While I haven’t seen you all in a while, the most vivid memory is all of us in my kitchen in Castle Pines — sharing stories, that contagious laughter and lots of love.

I had only spoke with Kaycee through her makeup videos but she was so funny and so sweet I'm sorry I didn't get to know her any better prayers go out to y'all's family if there's anything I can do let me know 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻❤❤❤❤

I am heartbroken over the news of Kaycee’s passing. In school, I was two years below her and I just remember always thinking how she was who I wanted to be as an older “cool” kid: happy, vivacious, funny and KIND. It wasn’t until much later as an adult when I actually got to know her. At the time, Matt was going through his medical situation and my own mom was going through hers and we were able to support each other in small ways (she would drop dinner by my house or we’d meet up for a coffee date). I could tell she was really going through it at the time- her stress levels were through the roof- but she still made time for me and she always was so willing to listen. I am just so sorry. And I’m so sad to not have deepened our relationship when I had the chance. My heart aches for all of you that had close relationships and will always have a Kaycee-sized hole in your world. Sleep soundly, sweet girl. We miss you. 😢 💔
