She was truly one of a kind. I am so lucky to have known Katrina and family. No words can amount to the amazing woman she was.. her laugh, her smile, her voice.. we miss you k2!

I think of you every day. Our family talks often about your love for your children, mother, family and friends. You were so kind and generous to others, especially the residents at Tomball Retirement Center.  I miss you as much today, if not more, than the day you went to be with the Lord. You left a legacy for your children. You are still missed and loved by all.

I am a  former Executive Director at Tomball Retirement Center, when Katrina first came in to our facility to be hired on. I was impressed by her Enthusiasm, intelligence, Passion for life and love that you can see for her child Williams! She was a great fit because she had a fun loving spirit that was humbled yet she was witty with an old soul… she shined bright …& had determination in her spirit to get things done with a positive attitude! Her name of course… caught my eye..as it’s the name of my childhood best friend… Katrina.. only spelled with a K.. and I can say this about her.. Katrina.. was a friend! And She came into work every day excited about life and about Her son( the girl wasn’t born yet) and would  talk of how smart he is and his grades…how well he reads … & how they sing n eat! Cooking food and reading booking together…. Playing and she of course had his art & pictures up! Just Beautiful the most beautiful love a mother could give! She adored her child…( I know she has a daughter now.)I never met the baby ..just saw on Facebook.. beautiful pictures!!!    I pray that the Lord holds All of you together in perfect peace that only He can give! And only God understands these things… I lost my father at a young age and Lord knows…. .. everyone’s  grief is different.. and please please.. remember she IS NEAR…. 😇….As Is Father in Heaven  near to us and He will carry you! Palms 91 ….Praying for the family & friends..and may Katrinas’ soul rest in perfect peace…..It was an honor to work with and get to know you Katrina! You will be missed greatly!!!! I’m planning to attend your service as it says…via streaming..as I am caring for a disabled family member.( I tried to drive to Tomball, Tx but my plans didn’t no work this morning.)  but  I’m going to be there at 2pm via stream! I love you! 😘 ❤️ RIP hugs!!!  I still can’t believe this!!!! God help us! 

This breaks my heart. My momma was a resident of TRC for three years and Katrina was always helpful, positive and loved on my momma. May God hold you tight as you walk through this painful journey and may Katrina fly high with the angels.
