Funeral services for Kathy Young Arteaga, 60 of Tyler will be held Saturday, August 19, 2017 11:00 AM at New Days Community Church with Rev Ricky Garner officiating and Rev. Reginald Garrett eulogist. Interment will be held in Evergreen Memorial Park under the direction of Brooks Sterling & Garrett Funeral Directors.
