With hearts full of love and gratitude, we remember Kathy Lynn Wills, who brightened every life she touched with her boundless optimism, kindness, and joy. Born on October 3, 1964, Kathy’s life was a testament to the power of positivity and compassion. She passed away on November 11, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and inspiration.

Kathy’s greatest joy was her family. She was a devoted wife to her beloved husband, Mark Scott Wills, with whom she shared nearly 30 wonderful years. Together, they raised their daughter, Kylie JoLynn Wills, who was the light of her life. Kathy's friends, whom she treated like family, will remember her as someone who always put others first and was a constant source of encouragement and support.

Known for her radiant spirit, Kathy had a gift for bringing out the best in everyone. She was never afraid to speak her mind or express herself, embracing life with creativity and courage. Always full of new ideas and inspiration, Kathy encouraged others to do the same. She saw beauty in the simplest things, continually adding to her collections of trinkets, music, and anything that brought her joy.

Kathy was the embodiment of optimism, facing life’s challenges with resilience and hope. Her laughter and warmth filled every room, and her generous heart made everyone feel welcome and cherished. Even at the end, Kathy remained selfless, always thinking of others first. She was, and forever will be, the sunshine in all of our lives—a guiding light of love, creativity, and unwavering hope.

Kathy will be deeply missed by her family and friends, who will carry forward her legacy of kindness, optimism, and unconditional love. Though she is no longer with us, her spirit lives on in the countless lives she touched and in the memories that will forever keep her close.

Her memorial service will take place on Tuesday, November 19, at 10 a.m. at Jessen Funeral Home, 729 US 31 S, Whiteland, IN 46184. In honor of Kathy’s bright spirit, we kindly ask that guests choose colorful attire rather than traditional black, celebrating her vibrant life.
