Kathy Mae Tyre age 69 of Odessa , passed away Friday evening, April 14,2023.

She was born March 23,1954 in Brawley California daughter of Kirk and Myrtle Davenport . She enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family.Her grandkids all loved to be at Nana's house , she always had a house full. She led by example. There was never a job too large or too small that she would not tackle. She loved her dogs and watching 20/20 , dateline, & any murder mysteries . Better known as Granny she loved working and serving her Catfish & Company family. It was a second home and family. Kathy was a strong, determined and fiercely independent woman. One of the hardest working people you would ever meet. We will miss her dearly,

Kathy is preceded in death by her husband Danny Tyre , Mother Myrtle Davenport , Kirk Davenport , Brother Wendell , and Grandson Michael Helms.

She is survived by her brothers Calvin Davenport and Billy Roy Davenport , her sister Karen Parnell.

Son Danny Tyre, daughter Tammy Tyre daughter in law Erica Goss , nieces Krissy Whitehead Brittany whitehead, Kristen Carruth, Delanie Evers, Callie Morrison, Brooke Davenport, Taneeshia Davenport, Leann Davenport , Kimberley Murdock , and Brianna wynn, nephews Harold Murdock Kennth mitchell,Billy Whitehead, Daniel Davenport, Jimmy Davenport ,Brandon Carruth,Devin Carruth, Derrick Carruth and Forrest Marshall grandchildren KK Tyre , DJ Tyre,Jazmin Tyre  Cameron Helms ,Hunter Tyre, and Danny Bell, great grandchildren Breena Helms, Blake Amos , Ian Moon , Maddison Moon , Delilah Amos, Leo Aguilar, Princess Aguilar, Jessie palacios and Asher Tyre.

Memorial services will be held at the mcm elegante hotel saturday April 22,2023 at 2pm
