Background
During the last six years of Kathy's life she has enjoyed viewing the ducks at the pond located at The Cottages of Swansboro. Due to the fact she was in a wheelchair she had to view the ducks from a bit far off. A handicap accessible covered deck would allow residents and family members to have a better view and dry place to watch the ducks and geese.
