BURIAL UPDATE: Mom was laid to rest quietly at Center View Baptist Church Cemetery located at 3993 East Maiden Road, Maiden, NC 28650 on late Friday afternoon (April 21, 2023) at 4:00pm EST. It was a beautiful peaceful sunny day just as she had wished for. This cemetery is only about 1 mile from where she lived. She absolutely loved walking and meditating here in the evenings on the paved walking trail that was situated around the church and through the cemetery. I was able to walk with her here occasionally when I visited. My thanks again to the church for providing this final resting place for my mother. She loved it here.
