Kathy is survived by her husband, Shelby Ragan, of 57 years and her children Wendy Poplin and Charles Ragan.  Her daughter, Kaycee Ragan, preceded her in death as did her parents, Charles and Ann Terrill.  Kathy is survived by 3 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.  Kathy is also survived by her sister, Carolyn Spiva. Kathy adored her dogs and people would say if they were reincarnated they would want to come back as one of Kathy's dogs. She had a loving and kind soul and she will be missed greatly.
