Kathryn was born January of 1972 to Mike & Lilly Miller of Indianapolis In. She went to private schools in Indianapolis, was on the swimming and diving team in high school where they took state in 1992, she is preceded in death by her grandmother, Lola Miller and grandfather Patrick Miller.
