Kathleen Westfall, of Sunderland, MD passed away August 14, 2024. Kathy was born in Dundalk, Md on April 20, 1950 to John and Jean (Purcell) Spillane.

She spent her early life in Dundalk where she attended and graduated high school. Kathy met her late husband Lewis while he was stationed at Ft Holabird on October 30, 1971. The couple resided in Germany for three years, returned to the United States and lived in various places around the country until settling in Crofton in 1981 and Sunderland in 2001.

Kathy was preceded in death by her sisters Margaret "Peggy" Spillane Moser and Helen Mynaugh. Surviving is her son Shawn and his wife Dana of Aldie, VA; sisters Jeanne Fiorito and Barbara Reynolds. 

The family will receive friends at the Adams Green Funeral Home, 721 Elden Street, Herndon, VA 20170, on August 24, 2024 between 11a - 1p. Kathy will be laid to rest at the Arlington National Cemetery, next to her late husband Lou, in the coming months; date and time to be determined.
