Kathy was like a mother figure to me for several years, she taught me to have confidence in myself as an insecure teen girl and I still carry her talks and encouragement with me today. She came into my life when I was dealing with things probably most people never even realized and she will always hold a very special place in my heart. Happy Heavenly Birthday!
Kathy was most definitely a part of the village who raised me, she let me tag along with her on many adventures during high school and treated me like one of her own. I will never forget the many experiences and memories. Anyone who knows me knows this is unheard of but I tried Lobster tails for the first time (and only) time in my life that she made along with several other dishes that were outside of my norm. She helped build my confidence when I, at times wasn't comfortable in my own skin at such a young age. Anyone who knew Kathy loved her, her laugh was contagious and she will be greatly missed. Praying hard for Jonathan and Heather and the rest of the family <3
Kathy was such a wonderful and beautiful woman, and she was a friend to me. I witnessed her immense pride, love, and support for her family, and I enjoyed every conversation we ever had, her sense of humor, and her kind but direct communication. I know that she felt loved and was so happy to be surrounded by her family in her final days. We were all lucky to have her in our lives, and she will be missed but never forgotten.
Kathy was a wonderful, strong and kind woman who raised 2 children who are just like her. I know her legacy will continue as Heather and Jonathan pass those same qualities on to their own children. Hugs and prayers to the entire family, she was a treasure.
