On December 2, 2024, Kathleen Joy Prezelj (née Elliott) found peace as she passed away in the early morning. Born August 11, 1943, Kathleen was the beloved daughter of the late Clayton and Helen Elliott. She spent most of her life in Cleveland, Ohio before following her family to Sheffield Lake, Ohio to be close to them for the past twenty years. Loving mother and grandmother, Kathleen was survived by her devoted son, Frank Prezelj, and her three grandchildren, Sarah, Lauren, and Clayton Prezelj. She was an avid game show watcher, cat lover, and card game collector. Her generosity was overwhelmingly strong, evident from her commitment to her family, the many animals she rescued over the years, and her regular donations to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Kathleen was a ray of sunshine, and she will be missed dearly.
