Kathy “Sissie” Palace of Frederick, Maryland, passed away on November 26, 2025 after living with an inoperable brain tumor that had become widespread first destroying the optic nerves leaving her completely blind and causing vascular dementia as the tumor consumed her spinal cord. Her mental and physical faculties deteriorated along with her autonomic nervous system in less than a 5 month period, and the primary cause of death …
