Kas's obituary
Kathleen (Kas) Ann (Weiss) Page, of Congress, Arizona, age 77, walked on July 3, 2025. She was born on March 31, 1948 in Reading, PA, to Charlotte Elizabeth “Betty” and Willam I. Beidler. She was raised by her mother and her adoptive father, Charles “Charlie” Weiss. Kas is survived by her spouse of 34 years, Margaret “Peg” Page, son Christopher Page, step-daughters Patty, Denise, Debbie and Kathy, and siblings Dayne “Mitch” Weiss, Thomas, Susan and David Beidler, and Barbara Laumeister. She is predeceased by her parents and her sister, Robin Chelius. Kas was a drug and alcohol counselor in private practice, Caron Treatment Centers (formerly Chit Chat, Foundation), and other treatment facilities in Berks County, PA, Rosewood Ranch and Gatehouse Academy in Wickenburg, AZ.
Kas was a graduate of Conrad Weiser High School (1966) and Alvernia University (1992). She was “faster than the speed of light”, and a friend of Bill W. For 45 years. Kas was an ordained elder of the Yarnell Community Presbyterian Church. Her favorite place to be was by the ocean in Rehoboth Beach, DE., of at home with her fur babies, Peaches, Cinder and Rocky. A Celebration of Life will be held at Yarnell Community Presbyterian Church on Saturday, July 12 at 11:00AM, in Yarnell, AZ. A Celebration of Life will also held in Pennsylvania at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to K9 Konnection, 903 Wickenburg Way, Wickenburg, AZ 85390 or Hospice of the Valley, 1520 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, September 13th at 10:00 a.m. at 301 West Penn Avenue in Robesonia, PA 19551 (United Church of Christ of Robesonia). Services will be officiated by Reverend Mary Etta Mest. Service will be streamed live at https://www.uccrwe.org if you can't come in-person.
