Kathleen's obituary
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Kathleen "Kathy" Klotz, who transitioned peacefully on January 10, 2024. Born on August 16, 1958, Kathleen lived a life filled with love, kindness, and unyielding determination.
Kathleen is survived by her loving daughter Brandi Al-jumaily and her son, Alexander Wells. Her life continues through her cherished grandsons, Elijah Martin and Elias Wells. Her sisters, Michele French and Terry Wheeler, as well as her brother Tracy French, will continue to honor her memory in their hearts.
Kathleen was predeceased by her loving parents, Glenda and Robert French, her brother Robert French Jr., and her son Jeremy Woodruff. Despite these heart-wrenching losses, Kathleen still found joy and purpose in nurturing her own family.
Kathleen welcomed her children into this world on March 6, 1991, and September 6, 1996. She also joyfully greeted her grandchildren on September 18, 2020, and November 7, 2022. These moments were some of her proudest and happiest, seeing her beautiful family grow and thrive.
Known for her warm, kind, loving, giving, and caring personality, Kathleen enjoyed many simple pleasures. She loved the music of Celine Dion and watching TV shows like Big Brother and Judge Judy. She also admired the light purple color and spent her free time praying and making precious memories with her grandchildren. Her favorite local retreat was her Church, where she found peace and solace. Kathleen's favorite drink was water with grape drops, a testament to her simple and uncomplicated approach to life.
Throughout her life, Kathleen lived by the principles of doing unto others as you’d have them do unto you and that patience is a virtue. Her life was a testament to these values, and she passed them onto her family, her greatest accomplishments. Kathleen's legacy will live on through her two children and two grandchildren.
Kathleen's life was a beacon of love and kindness that touched everyone she met. She fought hard and took charge of her destiny, always prioritizing others before herself. Her passing is a great loss to all who had the privilege of knowing her. As we mourn Kathleen's departure, we also celebrate her life, filled with love, generosity, and uncompromising resilience.
