Kathleen M. Howell passed peacefully on February 1st, 2024 at the age of 78 . Kathy was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who will be missed. Kathy is survived by her husband William J. Howell , sons William R. Howell and Brian J. Howell, grandchildren Eli and Ben Howell, and brother Patrick Herman.
