We are however able to look towards the future by remembering the past and acknowledging how incredibly privileged we are to have been able to spend so much of our lives in the company of such an extraordinary human being.
We have created this space as a way to remember together all of the things that made Claire Holzwarth so special to everyone she came in contact with. We encourage you to share your thoughts, stories, photos and anything at all that you feel reflects your relationship and memories of her.
As most of you know Claire spent many years living with Scleroderma. She never once let it slow her down and regardless of the challenges and hurdles it continually presented she lived the way she wanted to live, always. We can only imagine how many more lives she could have touched and adventures she could have had if not for carrying the weight of Scleroderma on her shoulders every day. We know she would be touched if those of you who are able to would consider supporting Scleroderma Canada and the work they do every day to help those living with Scleroderma.
Thank you for all of your kind and thoughtful words as well as your offers of support, we are truly grateful.
