Kathleen's obituary
Kathleen Balint gained her angel wings on December 05, 2023 at her home in Kalispell, MT. Kathleen was 72 years old.
Kathleen's life would seem too short to many, but those of us who were Blessed to be touched by her understand that her existence and the imprint She left on our hearts exceed the quantity of time that She stayed here.
Kathleen was talented and adventurous in many aspects of her life. She was a creative seamstress, and an amazing grandmother. Not a day went by where Kathleen didn't talk about how much her child and grandchild meant to her. Her immediate family was arguably her most important achievement in life.
Kathy is survived by her granddaughter, Lia Lynn Feightner and son-in-law, Shane Feightner. She is also survived by her stepmother, Sue Weinberg; sister, Jan Fields: brothers, David W. Weinberg and Steve Karsten; stepbrother, Marvin Karsten Jr. and numerous nieces and nephews. Kathy was preceded in death by her daughter, Jennifer June, as well as her father, David G. Weinberg, and stepfather, Marvin T. Karsten Sr., mother, Evelyn C. Karsten
Kathy graduated from Ganeha High School in Pomona, California. She dedicated many years of her life to her career as a Phlebotomist Technician at Pomona Valley Community Hospital in Pomona, California.
In accordance with Kathy's wishes, no memorial service is planned to commemorate her life.
