Katherine “KB” Lanina Billingsley Belisle was born October 10 1949 to Lillian Elva and Lawrence Edward Billingsley. She graduated from Toppenish High School in 1967. She moved to Seattle, WA and worked for the phone company (PNB, US West, Qwest) for over 37 years and retired in 2008.
She is survived by her husband of 29 years, Dave Belisle, daughter Anadene Lanina Fernandez, sister Janet Jacobs, son-in-law Jeffrey Fernandez, granddaughter Kara Lanina Fernandez and grandson Andrew Soule Fernandez.
KB was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in November and passed away the evening of December 30, 2019. In her final days was lovingly attended to at her home in Winlock by her husband Dave, her sister Janet and her daughter Anadene.

A memorial service will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Saturday, January 25th, 11am. 26800 236th Place SE, Maple Valley, WA.
