Born on May 18, 1958, in Newton, New Jersey, Katherine grew up in Port Murray, where the foundation of her lifelong compassion and strength was formed. A devoted mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend, she brought warmth, humor, and resilience to everyone she encountered.
