Kasey Marie Belt, 36 of Hagerstown, Maryland passed away on September 5, 2023, at her home.

Kasey was born on February 23, 1987, to Stephen and Kathleen (Bell) Belt. Kasey was working as a food and nutrition supervisor at the Veteran’s Medical Center in Martinsburg, WV. She enjoyed trips to the pumpkin patch and to the beach especially with her children and nieces and nephews. She also had a love for music.

Kasey will be missed by Kathy, and Stephen, her father Bobby Wultsch and step-father John Bartos; her children Julius Antonio Belt Frederick and Ellianna Marie Belt Frederick and their father Corey Bannon Frederick; her siblings, Hailey Crow and husband Zackery Patrick Belt, Stevie Belt, Lori Wultsch and Mandy Wultsch and Corey’s brother Darek Alen Walker and their mother Gama Traci Frederick; her nieces and nephews, Jade Crow, Lily Crow, Raiden Weishaar and Sawyer Crow; as well as numerous other friends and family members.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
