Karyn Peters, 62, of Meriden, CT, passed away on February 19, 2023.

Karyn was born on October 8, 1960 in Springfield, Massachusetts. 

Karyn lived a passionate life full of joy, heartbreak and love. Some of her best stories involved her adventures in  NYC, London, England, Earth Peoples Park, Vermont and Portland, Oregon. Karyn loved with all her heart. 

Karyn was predeceased by her brothers Steven R. Peters, Russell G. Peters III and her stepfather James S. Ferriola. She is survived by her mother Doreen M. Ferriola and father Russell G. Peter II; sister Debi A. McGann; daughter Sigrid A. Atherton and son in law Kellin M. Atherton; grandchildren Emerson, Winifred and Harriet; Niece and nephews Jamie E. McGann III, Marla M. Verdolini-Niland, Sean P. Niland; and several cousins, aunts and uncles. 

 There will be calling hours 2:00-4:00 on Sunday March 5, 2023 at Rose Hill Funeral Home at 580 Elm St, Rocky Hill, CT.
