Sending my condolences.  May Karl Rest In Peace and May God give his family peace and faith to get through this difficult time.

Love the ACCOLA’S

As many of you know, we lost my younger brother Karl last Thursday July 7th. We are hurting from the loss, but I know that because of his personal relationship with Jesus I will see him again, face to face.

I wanted to put something together as a remembrance video since many who knew and loved him are scattered around the country. I hope this video honors him and reminds us who he was and is.

See you soon brother!

I love my brother.  Note I use the word love, not "loved" because Karl is and will continue to be in heaven.   I will see him again, face to face because Karl's faith and repentance led him to accept Jesus as his Lord and Savior.    It was not just a superficial knowledge of Jesus, but a deep and committed relationship.

Karl, its hard to express how much you are missed but we are so thankful you are past the pain and anticipate seeing you again!

I dearly loved my friendship with Karl when we lived in Galena Illinois. We got to become good friends and since his brother Dan lived so far away, I kinda took that roll of brother for a while!!  It was so great to experience life with his joy, hopes and  his crazy “we can do it”attitude.  Nothing was impossible with him.  I mean who flys a hover craft made out of a vacuum cleaner in the kitchen?   Who catches the ugliest fish (sheep head) in the world in Florida on spring break camping trip and makes the best dinner ever?  Seriously I always wondered what was next , Harrison Ford step aside.

Karl’s faith was strong, quiet and sure.  He attracted others to experience the love of God thru his example and his steadfastness.  Will greatly miss him.

Brad
