Karene Fair Walker, age 91, passed away peacefully on November 6, 2024. She was born on July 21, 1933, in Charlotte, NC, to the late Preston Fair and Carrie B. Fair Gill.
Karene attended Second Ward High School and later pursued higher education at North Carolina A&T State University and Johnson C. Smith University. From a young age, she was a devoted member of Ebenezer Baptist Church.
