I’m so sorry Cheyenne, what a shock! Smitti and I went to high school together, skipped classes together, spent the nights each other house. The Elgin Coffee house was our favorite place. I remember how happy she was when she introduced you and I. She was so over the moon over her baby girl. I’m so sorry she’s no longer in this world. Prayers for you all. Cyndi (Johnson) Gipson now.

My dear friend Smitti was my longest running best friend.. We became friends when I was 18 while working at First American Bank. I remember sitting along Summit Street to watch Smitti and Hippie finishing up their run for little angels. Later I started riding and we rode together for those special runs. Smitti was smart, witty, a committed friend, true to heart, free spirited, cherished her family and would tell you as she thought it. Smitti had no fear. I absolutely loved that and loved her. She always stood up for what was right. She was always there for me during my darkest times without judgement. We had spent New Years together, My 21st birthday many moons ago at Bandito Barney’s, Cheyenne’s 21st. We celebrated weddings, my divorces, children, career changes, picnics, fishing, and so many other wonderful memories. Over the years we would only see each other every here and there but it was like we didn’t miss a day apart. I will truly miss you Smitti. Spread your wings and soar sister❤️
