Karen (Scott) Rodriguez: A Life Lived in Laughter

​Karen Rodriguez, affectionately known by all who knew her as "Happy Karen," passed away peacefully, leaving a legacy of joy and laughter. Karen's vibrant spirit and infectious, high-spirited nature defined her life, making her a beacon of happiness to her family and friends.

​Karen was a proud graduate of Dublin Coffman High School. Her love for life was evident in everything she did, but it shone brightest in her role as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.

​She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jesse Rodriguez, her parents, Donnabelle and Kenneth Scott, and her sister, Brenda Crum.

​She is survived by her devoted children, son Jesse Rodriguez (Sarah) and daughter Amber Rodriguez (Ashley). Karen's greatest joy in her later years came from her two cherished granddaughters, Noella and Mila, who were loved beyond measure and brought immeasurable light to her life. She is also survived by her loving brother, Kevin Scott.

​"Happy Karen" lived up to her name every single day, approaching the world with a ready smile and a hearty laugh that could fill any room. Her memory will be cherished and kept alive by those she touched, as a testament to a life lived fully, with unending warmth and boundless positivity.
