Karen's obituary

Karen Lynn (Kuecker) LoVecchio, age 66 of Bartlett IL, passed away peacefully in her home Sunday January 1, 2023, surrounded by her family. She was the daughter of the late Robert and Carolyn (Berndt) Kuecker, born on April 22nd, 1956 in Melrose Park IL.

Karen attended Schaumburg High school and from there, went on to receive two Associate Degrees from Harper College in Palatine, IL. Karen had gumption. She was accomplished in her professional life as well as her altruistic endeavors. She enjoyed a career for many years as a Software Analyst. She was also actively involved in the community with World Relief,

(where she worked closely with refugees), Off the Street Club of Chicago, and was the lead organizer of The Brick Program at Prairieview Elementary School in Bartlett, IL.

Karen was a loving wife, mother, and sister. She took pride in creating a warm and loving environment that she and her husband provided for their children and family. She was a very talented, generous, and caring human being, and will be missed by all.

Preceded in death by Robert (father), Carolyn ( mother), Wayne ( brother) Kuecker.

Survived by her husband of 45 years Frank, her son Frankie, daughter Robyn, and her siblings, Rod Kuecker, Brenda Kuecker, Donna Paul, and Bonnie Borrico.

A private Memorial for Karen will be held at the Forest Home Cemetery in Forest Park, IL.
