Karen Lane (Flaherty), age 77, passed away on May 5, 2025, in Phoenix, Arizona.

Born on April 3, 1948, in Seattle, Washington, Karen was the daughter of Joyce and Morgan Flaherty. She grew up surrounded by a large and loving family that shaped her early years and remained central to her life throughout the decades.

Karen's life was marked by deep devotion to her family. She was a proud and loving mother to Ken, Amber, Dianna, Tom, Kevin, Jeff, Jenny, and the late Jason. Her children were the heart of her world, and she cherished every moment spent with them. She also found immense joy in her grandchildren, whose lives she touched with warmth and affection.

Karen is survived by her sister Debbie and remembered fondly by those who knew her as a caring presence in their lives. She was predeceased by her beloved Bud; her parents Joyce and Morgan; her brothers John and Neil; her sisters Kathy and Cindy; and her son Jason.

A passionate supporter of Arizona sports teams, Karen followed them with enthusiasm and pride. Whether cheering from home or sharing spirited conversations about the latest game.

Karen's legacy lives on through the love she gave so freely to her family and the memories shared among those who knew her best.
